We only accept returns, if you received the wrong item. Communication needs to be made once the merchandise is received and no more than 3 days after.
No returns accepted if you change your mind or you are not satisfied with the product.
Open, broken or used items will not be accepted.

Money refunds are not made. We will replace merchandise with the same order value.
Shipping Policy
Order will be sent to the address submit in the order. Please submit correct address. If merchandise is return to us, a charge of $5 will be sent to client in order to re send merchandise.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during postal hangling. Once shipping is received, client will have 3 days to contact us rewarding any problems with order.
Luisos.com ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the customer once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We make shippings Monday through Friday. Orders made after 12:00pm will be process on the next business day. USPS First Class Service (3-5 business days aprox.) and Priority Services (1-3 business days aprox.) with tracking number are used to ship orders. Estimate time arrivals are subject to USPS calendars. We are not responsable for USPS delays because of bad weather or holidays rush.
Merchandise is packed on a discreet white mailing bag or USPS box. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is process. You can keep track of your package at www.usps.com
Our warehouse will be close on weekends, major holidays and free days. If you get your item later than expected, please consider postal office delay.
